What we collect
From the request form: whatever you enter, which is normally a name, phone number, town and a description of the mold problem. From phone calls: the calling number, the date and time, and a recording or voicemail if one is made.
What we do with it
We use it to send your request to one independent mold company serving your area and to keep a record that we did. We don't sell it, trade it or add it to marketing lists.
Who else handles it
Our web host stores form submissions and standard server logs. Our phone provider carries the calls and stores recordings. The site has no advertising trackers.
Deleting your details
Use the request form, enter the phone number you contacted us from, and write "delete my details" in the description. We'll remove what we hold.
